Internal Control System
Our internal control focuses on an internal control system oriented towards risk management and implemented throughout all operations with an IT system. Strict audit management procedures have been established to optimize the internal control system to ensure that our business operations are compliant with laws and relevant internal regulations, and to improve operational efficiency and lower risks, thereby demonstrating our outstanding risk management skills to our customers and stakeholders.
Operational Risk and Opportunity
We pay close attention to the risks and opportunities we are facing through the annual strategic seminar and irregular internal audit, and we are able to take preventive actions and grasp the opportunities for improvement of the operational model thanks to comprehensive risk management and appropriate handling of crises. Long-term risk management is realized by implementing corporate sustainability strategies. Risks and opportunities are assessed according to the probability of the occurrence, severity of the risk, and the benefits generated from the occurrence of the event. These will be identified and scored to determine the highly, moderately, and least concerned risks and opportunities. The risks and opportunities that we identified to be moderately and highly concerned about are described below.
