Market Presence

The important operating locations of CHR are mainly located in Taiwan. We offer wages that meet the statutory minimum threshold in Taiwan for our migrant workers, and the wage for our Taiwanese rank-and-file employees is much higher than the statutory minimum threshold. In 2022, the percentage of female employees was higher than that of the male employees due to the nature of grassroots positions (e.g. operators and assistant technicians) being less attractive to female employees. To increase the incentive and salary level, the ratio of the salary for the employees to the minimum threshold in the recent 5 years falls between 1.13 and 1.22. The appointment rate of local high-level supervisors in the recent 5 years reaches 100%. For the turnover rate, please refer to Chapter 4.
