Management Approach
CHR Logo is a well-known international leading brand of rubber products and CHR is a company representing the quality of rubber compounds. We introduce the material tracing bar code system to meet the quality requirements of the customer. It can trace the movement of the product more quickly and show the production history of the (raw) materials to identify and solve problems immediately. The green CHR indicates our persistence in the production of low-carbon green sustainable products.

To ensure the highest synergistic effect of the supply chain, we have integrated the benefits of our customers and supply chains and applied them to our manufacturing process to create a product traceability system, automated warehousing, and smart manufacturing. We are active in purchasing the most advanced R&D equipment to achieve the defined goals.
Launch of CHR Taiwan Factory 3
In response to the increasing customer demand and in consideration of CHR’s future development, Taiwan Factory 3 was completed at the end of 2019 and officially commenced operation in 2020, equipped with five production lines. In addition to the expansion of production lines, we aim to develop automated production lines. With Factory 3 as the model, more automated equipment and high-specification machines, such as a Banbury mixer and VMI filter from Germany, have been introduced to enhance the efficiency and quality of production and take rubber compounding to a new level. The factory provides a bright, simple, clean and safe environment, which breaks the impression of the people on traditional rubber compounding factories and creates a brand-new realm.
Establishment of a New R&D Center
In 2020, as the organization kept growing, the R&D Center was set up. Coordinating the functions of the original R&D Department, Technology Department and Material R&D Department, R&D Center has established an even stronger connection between resources and processes. The "Little Arena", a brand-new functional meeting space, was built for R&D personnel to hold technical seminars. In addition to introducing new R&D and testing equipment, we set up new job functions and created new work processes to improve our R&D capabilities continuously. The renovated space makes the office environment more comfortable and brighter, and allows employees to unlock their potential and exert the efficiency to the extent of up to 120%.
