Commitment and Engagement of Executives
To facilitate the sustainable management of CHR, persistent talent cultivation should be set as a long-term goal; it is also a consensus reached in CHR. As a result, the job description for high-level supervisors specifies that executives are responsible for cultivating their subordinates. The Chairman is aware of the importance of talent development. In several meetings, he talked about inheritance from his point of view and stated that only with “inheritance” can an organization proceed with its business. He also encouraged the heads of departments to take on challenges, lead and thoroughly implement the plans established by their subordinates, and pay close attention to the management and growth of whole teams.

National Talent Development Awards
The National Talent Development Awards (NTDA) is second to none in the human resources awards in Taiwan. It shifts the development trend of human resources from training to learning and focuses on the connection to the performance and the innovation in the development of talents. We received the Large Enterprise Award under the National Talent Development Awards (NTDA) from the Ministry of Labor in 2020. Only seven companies received the award, which recognizes their performance in the talent development system, the connection of talent development to performance, and the innovation and diffusion of benefits in the development of talents. In recent years, the Company implemented a learning organization, established the Education and Training Committee and an internal lecturer team, cultivated TQM talents, built a knowledge base, and implement other talent development projects, and all of these have good performance. We will maintain the existing talent development structure and implement innovative projects in line with the development trends of the market and technology to provide the momentum needed for corporate transformation.
