Welfare System

As for the welfare system, an employee of CHR can enjoy the legally required welfare services such as maternity/paternity leave and retirement pension. In addition, for the mental and physical health of employees, and their balanced life and talent retainment, we provide the employees with group insurance, physical examination, free meals, scholarships and grants-in-aid for employee's children, performance bonus, and subscription of shares and dividends. To strike a balance between work and life, the Company has designed an employment relation project. Family day, topic day, health lectures, exercise courses, and self-resting activities for employees in the factory are held. CHR has established an Employee Welfare Committee that not only organizes domestic company trips, but also subsidizes the employee club activities with the newly added subsidy from 2021.

Scholarship and Grants-in-Aid for Children

Comprehensive and good education for the children is the cornerstone for the advancement of our nation. To encourage the employees to pay attention to the education of their children, CHR provides scholarships and grants-in-aid for their children. We want to motivate them to be dedicated to their studies and have faith and hope in their future.

Robust Salary Level

To achieve sustainable operation for the Company, we raise the level of employee wages while continuing to grow and gain benefits. We continue to review the internal salary policy. In 2021, a language allowance has been approved to be added as an additional encouragement of the Company’s policy of global market training for talent with foreign language skills.
